The highly unique aspect of JobBound’s outplacement services is that you only pay for the employees who actually use our services. If an employee doesn’t use any of our services, then you don’t pay. Simple as that.

We give you a resource packet that helps employees in transition understand our partnership and the process. You provide us with the names, phone numbers, and email addresses for your impacted employees, so we can make an introduction and set up the first appointment. -

We match your employees with one of our expert outplacement consultants for their coaching sessions, and we help them make a successful career transition. We provide regular updates to keep you informed of your employees’ engagement rates.
Outreach to Impacted Employees
JobBound reaches out to the impacted employees on the notice date. In this personal outreach, JobBound makes the connection and outlines the scope of the outplacement package. Importantly, we set the stage for a successful transition and establish ourselves as the lifeline for all career needs.
Employees in transition can register and access the JobBound online career portal right away to begin researching companies and job openings. They also have instant access to our resource section and the virtual career seminars.
Our career consultant contacts the impacted employee within two business days to set up their one-on-one phone consultations. Impacted employees receive routine updates and communication from JobBound to keep them motivated and moving forward.
